KenSMITHNancy, Sheila and Colin would like to send their heartfelt thanks to family and friends for their support, the many cards of sympathy and their generous donations to the MacMillan Nurses, all of which have given us great comfort at this very sad time. Our special thanks go to our neighbours and to Trisha Wilson - Community Nurse, Louise Lee - MacMillan Nurse and Dr da Silva of Sleaford Medical Group for their kindness to Ken during his illness. We would also like to thank Colin Ward Funeral Services for the funeral arrangements and the Reverend Eric Horner for a lovely, comforting service at Grantham Crematorium.
